AFP: Presence of former King Michael in Romanian Parliament- unprecedented event

Romania’s former king Michael will address Parliament Tuesday, on his 90th birthday, for the first time since he was deposed in 1947, the French Agency says, quoted by Agerpres. Michael is the only survivor of the heads of state during WWII.

“The king is very excited, he has been waiting for this moment for a long time,” his eldest daughter Margareta confessed.
