Emperor visits evacuation center to encourage nuclear crisis evacuees

TOKYO (Kyodo) — Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko visited evacuees in Saitama Prefecture from the ongoing nuclear crisis on Friday to offer their condolences and encouragement.
