Princess of Kent to resume royal engagements

According to Royal News 24:

Her Royal Highness Princess Alexandra of Kent is to begin undertaking royal engagements once more after a lengthy absence due to illness. The Princess cancelled all engagements in April this year after being diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica. Tomorrow, Her Royal Highness will visit the Queen Mother’s Clothing Guild of which she is patron. The Clothing Guild was founded in 1882 as The London Guild by Lady Wolverton with the intention of supplying clothing to orphanages.

Former patrons include the Duchess of Teck, Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother. Princess Alexandra will undertake throughout October.
