According to New My Royals:
…a new portrait of Queen Elizabeth II has been released by Buckingham Palace. The new photo marks the Queen’s 70th year on the throne. Queen Elizabeth II is the first Monarch in British history to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee.
The portrait was taken by Ranald Mackechnie in the Victoria Vestibule at Windsor Castle on May 25 this year. For the photo, the Queen wore a soft dove blue coat and dress, both designed by Angela Kelly.
