Prince George has officially begun his studies at Eton, arriving for his first day with his parents, the Prince and Princess of Wales at his side.
The prince, second in line to the throne, will spend five years at the school as a boarder.
Eton is a twenty minute walk away from Windsor Castle and close to George’s family home at Forest Lodge on the Windsor estate.
Prince William revealed that George had tried out boarding at his former school, Lambrook, where pupils can stay for one or several nights at a time, even if they are usually day students.
